Custom spiral ductwork offers optimal air distribution with reduced energy consumption and quieter operation compared to traditional airflow systems. When fabricating we can use a continuous coil of galvanized Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Paint Grip, Perforated metal, or PVC Coated Steel. Ability to process from 3″ round to 50″ round and from 26 gauge to 16 gauge
Once the plan is finalized, the coil is fed into a specialized machine that precisely rolls and welds the edges, creating a strong, leak-proof spiral duct.
We can customize each piece with bends, elbows, and access panels using specialized cutting and forming techniques. Flanges are welded to the ends of the duct sections for secure and airtight connections between segments.
